BK Series Explosion-proof Air Conditioner
Premium brand air conditioners rebuilt for classified areas: the unit is designed and manufactured to the GB3836 series, with power led into an explosion-proof control box first and then to the indoor and outdoor units. Cooling-only and cooling & heating types are available in window, split wall-mounted and split floor-standing structures, in two gas groups.

Features
- Built on premium brand units — the base air conditioner is a recognised brand such as Gree, Midea or Mitsubishi, selected according to your requirement.
- Explosion-proof design to GB3836 — the conversion is carried out with special processing techniques and manufacturing methods rather than by re-badging a standard unit.
- Cooling-only or cooling & heating — choose the function the room actually needs.
- Three structures — window type, split wall-mounted and split floor-standing, so the unit can follow the room rather than the other way round.
- Two gas groups — IIB T4 Gb and IIC T4 Gb markings are available, to match the area classification.
- Ex control box wiring — power is led into the explosion-proof control box first, and from there to the indoor and outdoor units.
- Standard refrigerant piping — piping connections are the same as for an ordinary air conditioner, so installation follows normal practice.
- Range of duties — rated voltages AC 220 V and 380 V, with input power from 1 P to 10 P.

- Workshops, laboratories and operator shelters within the plant battery limit
- Rooms that need heating as well as cooling over the year, using the cooling & heating type
- Buildings where routing ductwork or relocating the equipment outside the hazardous area is not practical
