Series NGD
NGD Series Explosion-Proof Flexible Conduit
Explosion-proof flexible conduit is available with a rubber sheath, a steel-wire braided sheath and a 304 stainless steel sheath. Lengths and thread specifications can be customised. The conduit is used for motor connections, vibrating equipment and panel-to-field wiring in Zone 1 and Zone 2 installations.

Sheath options
Explosion-proof flexible conduit is available with a rubber sheath, a steel-wire braided sheath and a 304 stainless steel sheath. Lengths and thread specifications can be customised to suit the installation.
- Rubber sheath — a rubber outer jacket over the conduit core.
- Steel-wire braided sheath — a steel-wire braid over the conduit for extra mechanical protection.
- 304 stainless steel sheath — a 304 stainless steel outer sheath, which is the grade normally selected where corrosion resistance is required.
- Custom lengths and threads — lengths and thread specifications can be manufactured to order.
