FBCZ Coal Mine Surface Explosion-Proof Axial Main Ventilation Fan
A widely used new-generation main fan of large air volume, low pressure, high efficiency and energy saving, developed against the ventilation-network parameters of small and medium-sized coal mines. It meets the air volume and pressure requirements of all small and medium-sized coal mines, and of large mines with fans operating in combination — especially mines dominated by fully mechanized mining with large air volume, low air resistance and low pressure.

Scope of application
The FBCZ series coal-mine surface explosion-proof extraction-type axial main ventilation fan is a widely applicable new main fan featuring large air volume, low air pressure, high efficiency and energy saving. It was developed in line with the ventilation network parameters of small and medium-sized mines, and can meet the air volume and air pressure requirements of all small and medium-sized coal mines as well as of large coal mines with fans operating in combination. It is especially suitable for mines dominated by fully mechanized coal mining that have large air volume, low air resistance and low air pressure. With its compact structure, high efficiency, remarkable energy saving, low noise and good reverse-air performance, it is an ideal surface main ventilation fan. The product is also suitable for metal mines, chemical mines, tunnels and other applications using fans.

Air volume and static pressure are the high-efficiency operating range of each size. Motors are YBF series explosion-proof types; YBF is available with flameproof (Ex d) construction for gassy mines — please confirm the Ex marking for your mine’s gas group before ordering.
