ZBD154 Explosion-proof LED Floodlight
A 70–150 W LED floodlight with a hinged mounting bracket, for area lighting of plants and structures inside a classified area. Two sizes are built in the same series: 70 W in a 160.5 mm body and 150 W in a 278 mm body, both carrying the gas and the dust marking.

Features
- Two sizes in one series — a 70 W unit for local and perimeter lighting and a 150 W unit for larger areas, sharing the same marking and the same entry thread.
- Hinged mounting bracket — the bracket shown in the product photographs allows the floodlight to be aimed after it is fixed to the structure.
- Finned die-cast body — the fins give the LED module a larger surface for heat dissipation, which matters most on the higher power size.
- LED matrix behind a glass cover — the light engine is a matrix of individual emitters behind a framed glass cover, as shown in the drawing.
- Gas and dust marking — Ex db IIC T6 Gb and Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db on the same luminaire.
- G3/4" cable entry — a single entry, closed with the matching certified gland.
- AC 220 V / 50 Hz — standard single-phase supply.
Where the ZBD154 is used
- Area and perimeter lighting of process units, tank farms and loading areas
- Pipe racks, structures and skids where the luminaire has to be aimed after installation, using the hinged bracket
- Local lighting positions that need a focused beam rather than the spread of a dome luminaire
- Positions where the same luminaire family is wanted for both a low-power and a high-power duty
- Dust-rated areas, using the Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db marking
