Overview
The BJD series explosion-proof maintenance power box supplies temporary power for maintenance tools and equipment in hazardous areas. Its modular design lets circuits be freely combined for many functions, and high-breaking circuit breakers switched from the cover handle feed outgoing circuits with power-on indication, all inside a flameproof main chamber with an increased-safety terminal chamber.
Key features
- Housing in die-cast aluminium alloy or welded steel plate with high-pressure electrostatic powder coating, or welded stainless steel with stainless steel exposed fasteners
- Composite construction: flameproof main chamber with increased-safety terminal chamber
- Modular design: circuits freely combinable for a wide range of functions
- High-breaking circuit breakers inside, switched via the handle on the cover, with power-on indicator lights
- Entry/exit threads: G1/2–G4 / M20–M115×1.5
- Rigid steel conduit or cable wiring
- Rated voltage (V): AC 220/380
- Main switch current (A): ≤200
- Branch current (A): ≤60
